SEMA Consult is a systemic working consulting institute. Under the direction of Matthias Senft and with numerous experienced network coaches and consultants we are responsible for a wide range of client mandates. Mostly in the environment of organisational change in a VUCA world. Together with our clients we manage their daily OD- and change-challenges and proactively shape tomorrow. We are mostly trained organisational developers, certified project managers and moderators with many years of international management or HR experience.

Our delivery capacity is almost infinitely scalable through the 5-50-500 network. It enriches the SEMA portfolio in order to offer the customer the services and delivery capability of a large service company via a single contact person.

Why organizational consulting?

Employees of the human resources department, managing directors or executives are highly qualified experts. At the same time, however, they are also an integral part of the organisation that needs to be changed and therefore always also those affected.
