We at SEMA Consult are aware of our special responsibility as a company to contribute to socially sustainable development. We want to bring progress in line with environmental protection and social values. As an internationally operating consulting institute, we cannot do without business trips to our customers. Nevertheless, we travel in a climate-conscious way: We compensate every gram of CO² that our car trips and flights cause and donate to global climate protection projects.

Did you know that around 17 percent of food sold worldwide ends up in the trash? The food banks fight against this and collect food from supermarkets, bakeries or delicatessen manufacturers in order to distribute it to needy people and social institutions. There are now more than 950 food banks in Germany, and the Bielefelder Tafel e.V. is one of them. Numerous volunteers make the work of the Bielefelder Tafel e.V. possible in the first place. We are convinced of how important their work is for our society. That is why SEMA Consult regularly donates to Bielefelder Tafel e.V.
As a registered association, the Bielefeld Climate Week has set itself the goal of improving the level of information and the creative competence of the Bielefeld population with regard to (local) measures, approaches and products of climate protection, energy efficiency and the promotion of renewable energies. One of the numerous measures of the Bielefeld Climate Week are the annual planting campaigns. Here, trees are planted in cooperation with forest owners, foresters, local companies, and interested citizens. SEMA Consult supports this activity of the Bielefeld Climate Week with "tree donations".
