Our approach
Strategy development is one of the most important tasks of management. A good corporate strategy is the foundation for joint and target-oriented action within an organization. At the same time, the strategy is not a static plan. It is subject to constant dynamic change. We at SEMA Consult help you develop your strategy.
We proceed in three steps for this:

We will develop the vision and the central strategic goals together: The target status. The company’s actions should be geared to this in the long term.

A thorough analysis of the current situation follows on this: We clarify the current situation that you need to consider in order to achieve long-term goals. This includes analysis of strengths, weaknesses, stakeholders, and potential development trends. We also review key figures and include relevant benchmark studies. We want to know: What has worked in the past? What are you proud of? What do you need to change because the market situation or the times as such have changed?

Once the “current” and the “target” situations have been established, we will develop the strategic fields of action together with you and plan all necessary measures and their implementation. This will let us successfully move from “current” to “target”.
